The Plus+ Size Life – Spring Time Ready

Finally spring has arrived in New York City and I am ready to celebrate. The last few months have been jam packed with travel, recovering from a cold, and work so what better way to get back into the swing of thing than with a fun, flirty spring outfit and a party.

My friend Aliza [Licht] celebrated the launch of her new book “Leave Your Mark” last week and I knew it was the perfect place to debut a few new pieces that have been itching to been seen.  Since work has been crazy busy with a major project, I decided to let The Drybar handle my hair that morning, then I popped over to Pucker Makeup Studio that afternoon to let the amazing Jessie give me a fun, fresh makeup look that was paired perfectly with the bright spring red in my outfit.

The party itself was amazing. I am so proud of Aliza and her book which everyone needs to read. I managed to say hi to the stylist guru Stacy London who is super sweet and as an added bonus gave this outfit her seal of approval.
