Red Carpet season has officially started and one trend I’ve seen happen on numerous occasions is the jumpsuit. In fact my one of my favorite celeb’s, Emma Stone, hit up the Golden Globes in a chic little pants/jumpsuit number from Lanvin and since I love her style (both personal and red carpet) she is this weeks style post inspiration.
Emma has a style that leans towards my own personal style tastes. She is casual yet is always put together and when needed she knows how to glam herself up without loosing any of her charm. Plus she always look like she is having the best time which really helps make the look her own.
Now I don’t have access any Lanvin (sad but true), however I do have a fun jumpsuit is casual enough for everyday wear, brunch, or with the right accessories a cocktail event. It’s the perfect mix of high and low yet totally put together, which is just how I like it. I’ve always like to keep my looks balanced on that edge of daytime and night time.

When rocking a small bag or clutch it’s important to keep only the necessary items handy. For me that include my phone, a back-up charger (I have several), lip gloss, the important stuff (ID, CC, metro card, and cash), and a snack because no matter where I’m at I always need something to nosh on.
