The Plus+ Size Life: Hamptons Bound

If you live in NYC then there is only one place to be during the summer, The Hamptons. Just 2-hours outside of Manhattan but yet you feel like you’ve entered another world, one where there is no hustle and bustle, neighbors know each other, and the beach is just a stones throw away.

I recently ventured out to east for the day with Women’s Health Magazine and FEED for the 2nd Annual Party Under the Stars. The party was as always a blast but there is just nothing I love more than walking along the beach, feeling the sand in my toes and just being in the moment.

For the party, I knew I wanted to try a romper so I went with a wide leg, navy number that I felt would be beach and more importantly Hamptons chic but still keep me cool.  My shoes added a fun touch with some fringe around the ankles, and my trusty summer red sunglasses were a total need till the sun went down. GlamSquad was on hand earlier in the day to give me a summer chic hand band braid and I added a pop of color with the ColorBlur lipstick from Maybelline.
