The Plus+ Size Life – Going Winter Casual with #DSW

My love of boots and booties has no limits. Give me an ankle, calf, low-heel, wedge, I don’t care I love them all. The one thing I noticed recently was that ALL my boots and booties were black, my shoe closet was a sea of black leather and suede, which made me realize I need to change it up a bit in the shoe game department and go for some good neutral shades.

The best place (in my opinion) to shop for shoes that won’t kill your budget is DSW. There are so many options to choose from, which in my case is a good thing since I have really picky shoe needs i.e. no heel above 3″. I found a great pair of low ankle booties in a neutral camel shade that I knew I needed to own and would be a great addition to my collection. It’s been so chilly (or down right freezing) in NYC lately that I’ve pulled out my trusty skinny jeans and turtlenecks, both of which paired great with my killer new booties.
