Summer in the City #MyDailyAdventure

One of the best parts about NYC in the summer is being able to walk around and enjoy the sunshine along with all the sites and sounds that are unique to the city.

Now I am normally an Uber or taxi gal during the summer months because I loathe the hot, humid subway stations, but last week the weather was so nice I decided to ditch the black car and use my legs to get me around (while that and the bus, wasn’t kidding about hating the subway in the summer).  This was also a good excuse to really break-in my new Total Motion wedges from Rockport. Now I’ve worn these chic shoes before, but haven’t really had a chance to put them to the test till now.

Started off the day with a trip to Pucker Makeup Studio in SoHo.

So how did they hold up? Well for one my feet weren’t killing me after walking around Chelsea, Soho, and Hell’s Kitchen all day. The best thing is that these shoes are not just about comfort, they are also super chic and perfect for any summer shindig or gathering.
