NYFW Day 4 #MyDailyAdventure

There is one hard and fast true rule when it comes to dressing for New York Fashion Week, comfort. See when I was a NYFW newbie,I wore all my chic AF footwear and paid for it with aching feet and twisted ankles. Now that I’m a seasoned pro I know the truth, find shoes that look on point but won’t leave you reaching for the epsom salts and ice bath.

This season I opted to go with Rockport to solve my footwear woes and I shared the love my blogger bestie Ryan. Rockport challenged us to style some of their latest arrivals from the fall collection in a fun his & hers way. Now, Ryan and I are very different in your daily looks, I usually opt for something a little more glam, while Ryan is a bit more casual.

Ryan and I both agreed that our new Rockport kicks were the perfect solution for NYFW, when running around the city is mandatory and having aching feet becomes an annoyance. It gives me a sick joy to know that while other girls are limping around in fancy $1,000+ shoes and I’m chilling here in my super comfy booties that cost less than $200.
