Jessica Smith & J.R. Celski Lead the Team USA 1500m Speed Skating Teams

The 2014 Winter Olympics are 30 days away and in the next few weeks Team USA will be making their choices on just which athletes will be representing U.S.A. in Sochi, Russia.  Today the teams were announced for both the Women’s and Men’s Speed Skating – Short Track event.

Competing at the trails in Salt Lake City, Utah olympic hopefuls have been racing since Friday to see whose dreams will Olympic dreams will come true.  Leading teams will be Jessica Smith (women’s event) and J.R. Celski (men’s event).  Joining Smith in the women’s team will be Emily Scott and Alyson Dudek while Eddy Alvarez, Chris Creveling, Kyle Carr, and Jordan Malone will join Celski on the men’s team.
