Happy Hour ~ Bubbly Friday Cocktails
It’s that time again. Time to punch out of the office a little early and get your happy hour on. This week we are adding a little bubbly into our cocktails with Martini & Rossi Prosecco.
Martini & Rossi Bellini
-2 parts peach puree
-Martini & Rossi Prosecco
Pour peach puree into a flute glass. Top
with chilled Martini & Rossi prosecco
And serve.
Martini & Rossi Prosecco Sangria
-3 cups Martini & Rossi Prosecco
-1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
-6 large mint leaves
-1 ½ cups sparkling water
-3 lemon quarters
-5 fresh strawberries slices
-3 cucumber slices or ribbons
Combine lemon juices, mint leaves,
Sparkling water, lemons, strawberries and cucumbers
In a pitcher. Gently stir in chilled Martini & Rossi Prosecco just before serving. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint. Yields 6 servings
