Get Ready Ladies, Christian Siriano is Coming to Lane Bryant

Yep, you read that headline correctly, “fierce” designer and season 4 Project Runway winner Christian Siriano is the latest designer to collaborate with mega plus-size retailer.

“In my opinion, fashion should never be defined by size” says Siriano of the new partnership. “Regardless if it’s for red carpet or a day at the office, every woman should feel stylish and comfortable in their clothes. I’m excited about this partnership with Lane Bryant because it allows me the opportunity to showcase my designs on the everyday woman and allow them the opportunity to feel as beautiful and fashionable as possible.”

Personally I cannot tell you how happy this collaboration makes me. In fact the ONLY thing that would top this for me would be if Donna Karan was the next designer they partner with.  I’ve been covering Siriano’s collections during NYFW for years now and while he always blows me away with his modern twist on old glamour, I was sad that I’d never be able to wear these amazing looks.  In fact, I found out about the Christian Siriano for Lane Bryant collection just a few hours before I attended an intimate viewing of his Palm Springs inspired Resort 2016 collection (more on that later). I walked into that preview with a little extra pep in my step know that soon I was gonna be able to own some of his amazing designs.

The Christian Siriano for Lane Bryant collection will hit stores in Spring 2016.
