#BeautyLust | Summer Budget Beauty Must-Haves
Ah summer, the few months out of the year where we get our beach/pool play, BBQ, and travel on. Since most of my budget is usually wrapped up in travel funds during the warmer months, I’ve rounded up some get beauty must-haves that are all under $25 each.
CIRCA BRUSHES $8-13
It’s rare that you can find decent brushes that don’t blow the budget but this collection from Circa proves me wrong. They hold up well to travel, hold, distribute, and blend products beautifully and are super light weight. Available at Walgreens for $13 and under.
Summer means I really need a deodorant that works with me not against me. I’ve been trying the new Secret Outlast Extend for the past few months and I have to say my pits are dry and smell like sunshine.
Who doesn’t want the whole fake eyelash look without you know the hassle of fake lashes? Well this new mascara from the folks at COVERGIRL should help as the fibers help to give lashes a dose of fullness.
I adore a good, functional makeup bag. I rely heavily on them when I travel. So what makes this one so special? Well for starters its compact yet roomy. I was able to fit ALL the makeup I use on the daily plus some odds and ends into this baby easily. Plus it can also double for a really cute clutch should the need arise.
I love a good multi-use product which is exactly what this lip and cheek tint from Milk Makeup is. On the cheeks it gives a good, blendable flush and on the lips it’s a great soft tint. Plus unlike other cheek/lip tints I’ve used, this one makes building up color really easy.
I’ll admit that I’m on a nude makeup kick so I have been picking up nude palettes left and right. When this baby fell into my lap, I fell in love. There are so many good shades that all work and blend with each other and at $20 it makes you wonder why we keep spending $50+ on some other palettes.
If you read my Charlotte Tilbury post then you’ll know I love her Rock n’ Kohl eyeliner. What I don’t love is the almost $30 price tag that comes with it. Thankfully I have found another great eyeliner that matches the Tilbury one but is half the price. I call it a win/win.
