Backstage at #NYFW: DKNY Fall 2015
MAKEUP by Maybelline New York
Yadiam was inspired for the DKNY Fall 2015 collection by an abstract graphic cutout design that was featured in the collection.
To get this look start by prepping skin with the Face Studio Master Prime Illumination + Blur primer. Next apply the Face Studio Master Conceal under and on the lid of the eye to even out the skin. Then blend FIT! me Matte + Poreless Foundation all over the face and highlighted the cheeks and T-zone with Eye Studio Color Tattoo 24HR Cream-Gel Shadow in Barley Branded. Finish up with a FIT! me Matte + Poreless Power all over the face.
To create a strong brow, use the Brow Precise Shaping Pencil.
The striking eye look was created using the Eye Studio Master Graphic eye liner and drawing an abstract cutout around the eye that does not connect at the inner corner. Yadiam filled the line out using the Eye Studio Master Precise Eyeliner.
The whole look was finished by applying Baby Lips Lip Balm in Quenched to both the eye lip and lip.
NAILS by essie
Michelle Saunders created a “purposely undone” negative space nail design to pair with DKNY’s sharp, youthful Fall/Winter 2015 collection. The combination of shine from ridge filling base coat and matte effect from all eyes on nude resulted in an imperfect, obscure look.
Get the Look: 1. Apply one coat of ridge filling base coat 2. Finish with one imperfect swipe of all eyes on nude down the center of the nail, leaving negative space on each side
